Appraise Assist Commercial

Appraise Assist Commercial is a plugin for Claude Code, in the Claude desktop app, that helps commercial real-estate appraisers work their own reports and workfiles. It runs on the appraiser's own Windows PC and makes every change to a Word report as a tracked change in a new file. The appraiser keeps every judgment, including the adjustments and the value.

The firm's documents, reports, workfiles and wiki are kept on that PC and are never sent to our servers. What Claude reads from them is processed by Anthropic under the firm's own Claude account.

Appraise Assist Commercial is in early access. A seat belongs to one named appraiser, who signs in with their Google account. Google tells us the account's email address and name, and nothing else of the Google account is used.
